Job Overview

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our revenue growth. Think of yourself as the maestro of prospecting strategies, turning leads into golden opportunities, and sealing deals like a seasoned pro. Your key contributions will be promoting our innovative solutions, nurturing client relationships, and hitting those sales targets with precision. It's not just a job; it's your ticket to becoming a pivotal player in our success story.

Role and Responsibilities

As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the following duties (but not limited to).

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Fearlessly approach potential clients and turn small talk into big opportunities.
  • Build a sales pipeline so robust, it could bench-press a mountain.


Sales Presentations:

  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos highlighting the value of our solutions.
  • Customising content to address prospective clients' specific needs and challenges.


Sales Negotiation and Closing:

  • Surpass revenue targets using a consultative approach.
  • Execute strategies with precision, not forgetting the fine print.
  • Formulate and report on progress towards quotas, targets, and forecasts.


Relationship Building:

  • Sprinkle magic on key stakeholders' business goals and pain points.
  • Smoothly transition between sales and onboarding like a jazz sax solo.


Marketing Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
  • Be the walking, talking industry almanac.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business with specialisation in Sales, marketing, or related fields (but hey, if you can sell software, that’s more important to us).
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, Enterprise and/ or cloud ERP software would be beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and market trends.
