About the role:

Silversoft is seeking a Renewals Specialist to support the Customer Success team in managing the renewals process accurately and on time.

This role is administrative and operational in nature, with a strong emphasis on financial accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to internal processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing renewal calculations and agreements, maintaining commercial records, and ensuring that all renewal and expansion activities are correctly recorded across systems.

The role involves limited client interaction and works closely with the Head of Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to support retention and recurring revenue processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage renewal timelines, ensuring quotes and agreements are prepared and processed accurately and on time
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all relevant systems
  • Support renewal forecasting and pipeline visibility, and escalate risks or potential churn in line with internal processes
  • Work with the Head of Customer Success to support renewal readiness and execution
  • Prepare renewal calculations, including proration, multi year pricing, and discount structures
  • Ensure compliance with approved pricing models and internal controls
  • Contribute to retention reporting and performance tracking
  • Prepare and validate expansion quotes in line with pricing guidelines
  • Process expansion requests accurately and escalate non standard pricing for approval
  • Support partner related renewal activities and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure all activities are recorded and documentation is audit ready
  • Maintain data quality and follow established processes and approval workflows

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping, renewals, sales operations, or a similar administrative or commercial role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Experience working with CRM or commercial systems such as Planhat, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Exposure to SaaS or subscription based environments is advantageous
  • Experience with quoting, contract management, or pricing structures is beneficial
