Your contract starts with an Order Form, which you receive from your sales representative and contains the details of your license agreement and subscription. The License Agreement describes the product(s) that you are purchasing and includes a link to this webpage, which lists the terms and conditions that form the basis of your agreement. On this page, you will find the General Terms applicable to all contracts and the product-specific terms that are applicable to your purchased product(s). Together with the License Agreement, these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Silversoft.
